SenSpot™ is designed to operate maintenance-free for more than a decade. After installation, SenSpot™ does not need calibration, battery replacement, or any other maintenance during its entire service life. It comes with a high-capacity lithium-ion battery and a solar panel with its mount. As a result, it does not require battery replacement and once installed.It meets IP65 standard (completely weatherproof) thus, it is an excellent choice for meteorological instrumentation applications in harsh environment. The Wireless Anemometer SenSpot™ uses ultrasonic anemometer model 81000 (3D) or 86000 (2D) from R.M YOUNG which is one of the industry leaders in meteorological instrumentation.
