REVEN® temperature and fume sensors enable perfect control of the exhaust air flow of extraction hoods. In normal large-scale kitchens, one, two or a maximum of three speeds are available to adjust the extraction system to the heat and fume concentration in the kitchen. An automatic control with sensors provides for far more efficient ventilation.
