Our Industrial Steel Chains are designed with optimum press fits and heat-treatment to enhance fatigue strength and increase wear life. Chains are available with a variety of engineered attachments designed to suit specific application requirements. Our Industrial Chains with Rollers are used in conveyor and elevator applications for both bulk and unit handling. Chains with roller diameters larger than the height of the sidebars are used to minimize friction and decrease load versus sliding chains. Chains with roller diameters smaller than the height of the sidebars are used for optimum chain and sprocket interaction and to decrease noise. Our Industrial Steel Chain without Rollers are widely used for light to heavy duty bucket elevators and conveying applications operating under abrasive and/or corrosive conditions.
