High-strength special screws

Maximum load ratings can only be achieved with fasteners adapted to the specific application.
This means in geometric terms, for example, specially designed contact areas for the washer face or thread grip, grip faces with sufficient load-bearing capacity or a shaft design with centering function coupled with an appreciable increase in dynamic load rating.

The materials used usually have very high strengths exceeding 1000 MPa, with which otherwise unobtainable long-term clamping forces can be achieved with very low material variances in conjunction with high-grade screw assembly.

Other important fields are fasteners of materials that are heat-resistant or tough-at-subzero temperatures for use at high or low temperatures. We also offer corrosion-resistant stainless steels and the many currently available coating systems, which enable practically any corrosion problem to be controlled.

We manufacture „large“ and „small“ special screws and bolts in the range from M1.6 to M20.
