The arrangement of the Vertiflex 450 machining units minimizes the overall dimensions without having to lose out on accessibility to the tool changing and loading/unloading area. The dimensions of the structure allow for longer travels on all the axes and the use of roller guides also on the Z axis. The main table acts as a pallet changer which is positioned directly on the base structure: in this way maximum rigidity is achieved and accuracy in spindle and component alignment is even greater
