These machines are produced according to specific production requirements which cannot be satisfied with conventional transfer machines. They are therefore special machines which being customised are usually only produced in a sole model despite the fact that consolidated technology and products are used for their construction.

The design and creation of the Special transfer is achieved in close collaboration with the end user according to his specific requirements, by placing at his disposal all the experience of the Riello Macchine brand. In this way a “unique” machine is produced with assured guarantee of the performance and reliability deriving from use of standardised products.

Machine tools for the machining of the crankcase stiffening plates and those for the machining of the extreme ends of rods and stems ranging from 300 mm to 6000 mm belong to these special cases.
