FR-20MLS can be used to detect the mark on a big area of IC. The sensing is made by the total of light-receiving intensity of linear array fiber. It is reliable and precise. It is made of 32 PCs of diameter 0.25 mm fibers within 11 mm area of alternate beam-emitting and beam-receiving.
