The HT35 ultrasonic hand tacker is versatile and used for manual welding of plastics and synthetic textiles. The ultrasonic technology generates vibrations that weld materials together firmly—and exactly as tightly as you want them to be. The ultrasound hand unit does not require any additional connecting materials such as clips or adhesives. Its reliability and high performance make the HT35 your ideal partner for manual welding.
The HT35 is available as a set and is supplied in a handy case that also contains the Ecoline35 generator and the service tools. Another variant is available that is compatible with the SDG or RDG generator.
Fields of application
The HT35 ultrasonic hand tacker is designed for manual spot welding of small to medium-sized welding surfaces, for example blister packs, laminated cardboard boxes or plastic films as well as textiles and fabrics with synthetic fibre content.
Start trigger
The microswitch is integrated into the hand grip and is activated when the tacker is pressed together. The trigger point is extremely precise and individually adjustable.
Sturdy but ergonomic lightweight
The sturdy 35 kHz HT35 ultrasonic hand tacker that weighs only 1.2 kilogrammes optimally transfers the ultrasonic vibrations to the workpieces. The integrated transducer with amplitude amplification is fitted with a spin lock to prevent cable damage. Our units are also handy, lightweight and allow for free movement, enabling operators to work with ease.
Rotatable and interchangeable horn
The horn can be equipped with different welding surfaces, allowing multiple applications to be carried out cost-effectively with the same ultrasonic hand welding unit.
