The Standard 3000 ultrasonic welding machine with pneumatic drive type is ideal for welding, cutting and punching thermoplastic moulded parts, non-wovens and textiles as well as films, or for embedding metal parts in plastic. Standard models can be used for high-precision machining of parts made from plastic with designs of average complexity and large to medium-sized dimensions. With an adjustable travel measurement of 0.01 mm, these machines work very precisely and achieve accurate welding results. The option to store up to 32 parameter data sets ensures repeatability. Multi-level user administration controls permission to make changes to welding parameters, thereby increasing process reliability in operation. Ultrasonic welding in cleanrooms The Standard 3000 is also available in a version with chrome steel housing and meets the high requirements expected of machines used in the medical sector. The Standard 3000 CR (CleanRoom) is also certified to ISO class 6.
