The DELTA 630 welds fittings like stub ends tees, elbows and wyes, because the third clamp can be secured to the first and second clamps which are moveable and slide along with the pipe. The fitting must be locked into the fourth clamp. Using this unique tool (optional) the short neck stub ends can also be welded. The unit comes in 230 V or 400 V and has a steel bearing frame, steel clamps and quick lock/unlock system for quick steel insertion. There is no need for tools with the self detaching device that helps removing the heating plate throughout the welding process. The working temperature is read off the standalone thermometer. There is an extractable heating pate and electric milling cutter with overload cutout/safety switch.
