This system operates through the nose allowing an extremely fast working cycle. This features eliminates the inconvenient external-loading-mechanism, increasing safety and reliability.
With the new RIV610, installation productivity is increased: compared to traditional riveting tools it saves about 50% time and costs, and this is due to the automatic loading of the blind-rivets in the gun.
Advantages offered by the product are a wide range of action thanks to the hoses connecting the gun to the main unit, an excellent integration with automated production lines and no need for skilled labour.
Each unit comes equipped for a single blind rivet diameter.
