RKR Screw compressors RKR has years of experience in design and construction of screw compressor units for producing absolutely oil-free compressed air. Application of time-tested screw compressor stages ensures maximum efficiency and a long service life. Our experienced team of specialists will work out the optimum solutions to your requirements. RKR single-stage screw compressor units are produced for air flows from 300 m³/h to 14,500 m³/h for 2 bar over-pressure and from 300 m³/h to 10,800 m³/h for 3,5 bar overpressure. For vacuum operation some of the units can be used down to 0,15 bar absolute. The compressors's finely tuned sets of gearwheels ensure excellent flow adaption. Media, such as atmospheric air or nitrogen in bypass operation, are economically conveyed with minimized absorbed power by our compressor units. Forced compression causes the volume flow to remain practically the same with variable counter-pressures.
