Lateral channel blowers are centrifugal blowers for conveying absolutely oil-free air and nitrogen.
The motor is directly flanged to the blower or connected by V-belt drive.
RKR lateral channel blowers are used in wastewater treatment plants, in swimming pools, in the industry for example for blow-air-bearinglayers
in sewing plants.
The maximum over-pressure is 700 mbar, the maximum vacuum 450 mbar.
The actual series of units incorporate the latest
refinements in lateral channel blower technology, including improved power-to-performance ratio, lower sound emissions and reduced weight. Optional intake/exhaust positions provide multiple installation choices.
The technology of "lateral channel blowers/ exhausters" is applied in a variety of industrial and commercial markets, including food processing pharmaceuticals, chemical and aviation, where clean, filtered air is conveyed.
