In this new, world-wide singular isolation test system a digital, with a simply developed partial TLA dung measuring system which can be served however easily, is connected programmable source of change high voltage which places almost no requirements against the test environment. Classical systems with capacitive coupling usually need a Faraday's cage for the inspection item, which is to be realized e.g. under production environments not economically. By the special filter method with bandpass filter in the 1.7GHz volume all relevant spurious frequencies are eliminated and width unit the signal arrived by the collection of the microwaves developing thereby by means of flat antenna qualified at the evaluation unit with graphic surface.
The signal of the source of alternating voltage is faded in in real time, so that a phase dissolved insertion of the width unit is possible. Different further graphic types of representation permit a purposeful and complete evaluation of the effects and the condition to an isolation.
