Large Tank Melters

The hotmelt application systems of the Jumbo and Premelt range are suitable for high melting capacities. They melt and feed thermoplastic adhesives of granular or block form.

Jumbo:
- Volume metering by means of gear pumps with closed loop control for precise glue application.
- Three Tank sizes of 55, 80 und 160 Litres
- Up to 4 gear pumps in 6 different sizes
- Dynamic drives ensure pulsation free application
- Simple operation by language independent operating field

System extensions
- Integrated pattern control for the precise control of up to 8 application heads
- System integration into the host machine by means of: Profibus, SNMP, Ethernet, CAN-Bus, ASI-Bus, RobaPAR

Premelt
- To premelt thermoplastic adhesives for automatic filling of roller troughs and other adhesive containers with liquid hotmelt.
- Fix pump speed. The feeding quantity is controlled by the switch on time.
- Two tank sizes of 80 und 160 Litres
