The all-purpose fully automatic shalco model 321 solid core/mold production machine is the ultimate in foundry automation. Designed for continuous operation, this Unit produces and delivers finished cores and is so completely "self-contained" that no operator is required. These features make the 321 a must have for high production foundries.
The core box capacity is 29.5" wide by 32" high 10/10. Closed generating and purging system prevents gas leakage, built- in core ejection and automatic conveyor zed core take-away eliminates labor. Rapid cycling assures all the Benefits of a cold box, hot box, shell carbon dioxide methods and all controls are interlocked for attendant safety and machine production.
