Every pallet stretch wrapper from Robopac Sistemi can be fitted with a power pre stretch film delivery system which reduces film usage by up to 50% compared with hand wrapping and substantially increaretch ratio adjustable by changing gears.
All ROTOPLAT series pallet stretch wrapping machines give outstanding service due to the turntable being mounted on a high quality ball bearing slewing ring with close coupled pinion drive for minimum backlash and maximum durability.
Platform rotation speed, acceleration and deceleration are controlled by a frequency inverter; this guarantees that the turntable always stops in correct position regardless of the load weight and ensures it is always aligned with the infeed and outfeed conveyors, assuring correct pallet supply and unloading. This soft start and soft stop also helps with wrapping unstable loads.
