RODRIGUEZ produces ballscrews and acmescrews. Both types are available in the most common metric and inch industrial standards. They transform rotational into a longitudial motion or reversed. Due to the internal balls, the effeciency of the ballscrews is much higher than the acmescrew. Therefore a ballscrew is used in dynamic posisioning applications and the acmescrew mostly in slow transporting or clamping applications.
