Description

The LVE series is a line of self-contained chucks with a through hole, manufactured by Rohm. These instruments are suitable for machining flanges and bar stock, or chucking pipes. The tools are provided with an actuated cylinder placed in the tools' body.

These units are bore free and unobstructed throughout its entire operation life, due to the reduction of the draw tube. Technical features of the apparatus include its capability to chuck and unchuck spindles only when it is not rotating.

Users no longer need to convert when changing from bar work to normal chucking. These equipment have a total operating pressure of 10 bar, and are readily replaceable with manual chucks. Other accessories of the tools include chuck and jaw mounting screws, T-nuts without top jaws.
