The StarFemto cuts sensitive materials such as nitinol shape memory alloys with utmost precision, excellent cut quality and post-processing becomes almost redundant. In addition, femtosecond lasers also cut bio-absorbable polymers like polylactic acids or polyglycolic acids with high accuracy.
