The major interest of the alveolar structure of our ALVEOTUBE® profile is the ability to transform easily and simply into a thermal transfer roller !
Our patented cooled or heated roller is a light and efficient solution bringing high performance. Its double internal fluid circulation guarantees an efficient thermal transfer for webs.
Moreover, its aluminium structure allows reducing from 50% its weight than a standard double casing roller.
In standard version, Roll Concept supplies its thermal roller as simple roller to be installed on existing machines, but also, on request, as cooling unit made of a tubular frame fitted with 3 rollers (2 thermal rollers enable to cool the 2 sides of the web and an idler roll to guide the cooled web).
