The Super Precision CNC246F is a fully automated 3-axis CNC tool grinder, complete with 2-axis loader for flute and O.D. relief grinding of cutting tools such as endmills, drills, routers and reamers as well as special applications in carbide, HSS and similar materials.
Grinding range to Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 6.35 mm
Automatic loading: Shank range 1.0 - 6.35 mm with overall blank length 20 - 75 mm
Manual Loading: Shank range 0.2 - 6.35 mm with overall blank length 20 - 100 mm
Helix angle 0 - 89 °
