A Bi-Convex lens is a convergent or positive lens, thicker in the center than at the edges. ROLYN Bi-Convex Lenses are all symmetrical, having equal radii on both sides. Aberrations in such lenses are at a minimum when the object/image ratio is 1:1. Typical applications are: magnifiers, objectives, some condensing systems.
