Macofar Intermittent Motion Capping Machine
The CSP 6 is an intermittent motion capping machine. The vials infeed and outfeed at the Macofar automatic capping machine is done by a conveyor belt in polyurethane. That guarantees a correct transport of any vial according the table on the left.
The vial position fixing during the closing is assured by self centering grippers.
Standard execution:
- all machine functions controlled by PLC
- check of cap presence with possibility of automatic rejection
- machine speed control vÃa inverter
- safety and protection hood- according to GMB guidelines
