The PAK 100 is a semi-automatic case packer with a host of features to operator ergonomics and safety. It offers a vibration free and virtually silent operation.
Cartons are fed by a belt conveyor and are stacked automatically. The stack is pushed by a pneumatic cylinder into a preformed case placed in position by the operator. The case is then unloaded by a pneumatically operated fork on a discharge roller conveyor. There, the upper flaps closure has to be done manually.
