The SIRIO-PT series trigger pump inserter is capable of production speeds up to 350 PPM. The chucks are designed to assure the correct radial alignment of the trigger after torque has been applied. The dip tube is positively guided and controlled throughout the insertion process. Torque is applied by the use of a series of adjustable friction clutch controlled tightening wheels within the SIRIO-PT, no downstream torque system is required. The SIRIO family is designed with no tool size change over systems.
