The system comprises of a high precision rotary axis powered via the AccuScan software to accurately manipulate the component part and a rigid counterbalanced two arm column unit mounted onto an anti-vibration granite base.
AccuScan is a full-featured 32-bit Windows application designed for the collection and analysis of circular geometry data. Circular geometry is critical in the design of certain types of machines and mechanical assemblies, such as aircraft engines, industrial gas turbines and steam turbines.
