If to all of that we add the swift change of format and offset printing units, with 16 roller batteries, inkwells located in the front part, automatic zero positioning and remotely controlled longitudinal register, the result is a versatile rotary providing high productivity, unbeatable in terms of rapidity and printing quality.
Its modular system allows a set up adapted to the various products to realize, since a wide range of options is available, such as flexographic printing units, dry offset units, numbering units, die cutting units, unraveling units (adhesives labels), ink-jet systems for variable data, etc.
In addition, it offers the possibility to integrate automatic register controlling systems, motorized inkwell, clutch, motorization and automatic cleaning of the batteries, UV drying systems, ink mixers, cold rollers (essential for jobs on film), artificial vision systems (video scanner), etc. All these assets allow working a very wide range of products and substrate.
The Perfect rotary press provides the opportunity to finish the products in three different presentations:
