Namur valve
5/2 - 3/2, 0.1 - 20 bar, Exd opt ROTEX AUTOMATION LIMITED

Rotex has come out with complete range of 3/2 and 5/2 valves with Namur mountings. These are standard mounting use for mouting the valves on Pneumatic actuators (linear and Rotary both). This help easy installation and maintains of the solenoid valves. Also it removes the need of Pneumatic fittings and pipings.

Also to facilitate, easy conversion from 5/2 version to 3/2 for spring return actuators only a gasket has to be reverse at mounting and thus reduces the variation of the valve for both double acting and single acting actuators. Also in future, if need arises the same valve can be converted back to 5/2 from 3/2 arrangement.

These valves are available from 2.2 mm orifice to 6 mm orifice to suffice the responce time of the actuator. Also it is available in two type, 1. direct acting (for 0 -20 bar) and 2. Internal Pilot operated (0.2 -10 bar). Also this valves are available with Explosion Proof Exd solenoids, Intrinsically Safe, Weather Proof and Latching Solenoids options. Also They have inbuilt Terminal Box and thus very easy for installation.

The life of these valves are not less than 10 million cycles and performance is in beatable. We can even offer SEAL 2 self certification. (We are in verge of getting SEAL 4). All the major users like BHEL, Relience, IOCL etc uses our solenoid valves for their most critical application.
