The twin screw Continuous Mixing processor is designed to mix viscous products on a continuous basis, and is adaptable for a wide variety of mixing operations.

This mixer ensures a uniform product without the usual batch-to-batch variations and in less time than conventional mixers.

RPA Process are engineered for mixing, kneading, and extruding an homogeneous mix of the most challenging high-viscosity materials.

They're also ideal for chemical reactions, polymerisation, crystallisation, and other demanding mixing tasks where the material can reach extremes of heat and cold and can also reach several million centipoise in viscosity.

The twin screws and paddles ensure a thorough mix, with no dead zones that could degrade the finished product. The co-rotating shafts and close clearances between both paddles and between the paddles and barrel walls provide efficient uniform mixing in less time than conventional mixers. These same tight tolerances also provide a self-cleaning action.
