RASAPORT PR is a flexible portal robot. It can be customized to suit various sizes of containers. The system works by using a magnet or suction based gripper for picking up tubes from defined positions. It carries the tubes through three axes and to predetermined containers. It offers high speed transportation so feeding machine output does not have to be slowed down. The machine also lets the user define the recipient container by entering its measurements in the system.
The system can also calculate the optimal load that may be taken by the container. It is configured for two loading stations and thus avoids the need to be stopped in case of removal of a filled box. It can also be configured for three loading stations.
