The main characteristics of drives are listed below:
- Closed-loop integrated system with Position, Speed and Torque control mode.
- Switching Control Mode: it allows a mixed use of digital and analog signals with possibility of "on fly" change: position + speed; position + torque; speed + torque.
- Scale factor that can be set by the user on both analog and frequency inputs and on the repetition of the encoder signal. .
- PNP/NPN/Differential frequency interface, with digital filter that can be configured by the user for noise immunity..
- Integrated management of overtravel signals.
- Double built-in fully automatic notch filter to remove the system's resonance frequency.
- Control: with pulse train (clock + direction; forward + backward pulse; 90° phase shift) or with analog signal (proportional to Speed or Torque)
- Optically coupled digital control I/O.3 inputs and 2 outputs with user-defined functions.
- External regenerative resistor provided with sensing for maximum temperature alarm (optional). .
- 200VAC to 230VAC Power Supply [+10%; - 15%], single-phase or three-phase (can be set by operator).
- Power sections kept separated for logic/signal and power electronics
- Built-in protection circuits against any overload, input overvoltage and any motor connection error (wrong encoder wiring, phase-phase and phase-ground short-circuit).
- The amplifier can be set and monitored by a PC. with RS 232 interface.
- Dynamic braking circuit activated when the power section is not powered or in case of alarm.
