FEATURES
On-line sensors, supervision plant and remote assistance
or other applications, for when the quantities and/or the assemblage of the components were already carried out on existing lines, RTM realized semi-automatic laser cells characterized by:
Rotating table
Robotized unit for the axis movement with focusing head and laser source
On-line sensors
Handling systems for the integration with existing lines.
The systems can be equipped both with an optical device for the beam delivery of CO2 laser sources and with optical fiber cable for Nd:YAG laser sources. The focusing head features circuits for the adduction of the shielding gas supply to the welding joints.
