The Blow Thru Sieve™ circular screening machine safety/check screens via blow lines to improve product quality. Contamination is removed before it enters the production process. Ideally suited for tanker unloading, these circular screening machines both check screen and convey in a single operation, coping with throughputs as high as 25 metric tonnes per hour (60,000 lbs/hr).
Russell Finex offer a range of circular screening machines that cover the following three main applications:
• Check screeners – also known as safety or control sieves, these circular
screening machines remove oversized contaminants from your product
• Grading sieves – this range of circular screening machines remove fines and
oversize contamination and grade or classify material on up to 5 fractions
• Liquid solid separation – these machines are used to remove solids from liquid
slurries
