The Liquid Solid Separator™ is a multi purpose machine which has the ability to deal with soft and fibrous oversized solids and is adaptable to virtually any process. The centrifugal action of the impeller provides the liquid solid separator with the ability to achieve high capacity separation on fine meshes down to 20 microns.
Russell Finex offer a range of liquid/solid separators that cover the following three main applications:
• Check screeners – also known as safety or control sieves, these liquid/solid
separators remove oversized contaminants from your product
• Grading sieves – this range of liquid/solid separators remove fines and
oversize contamination and grade or classify material on up to 5 fractions
• Liquid solid separation – these machines are used to remove solids from liquid
slurries
