The Finex Separator™ is a round vibratory separator that effectively grades and separates material on up to four mesh decks. These round vibratory separators are designed for accurate grading or sizing of wet and dry materials up to five fractions in one operation. To best fit into your production line and to make sure we can handle whatever throughput required, the Finex Separator™ is available in four different sizes: 30”, 40”, 48” and 60”.
Russell Finex offer a range of round vibratory separators that cover the following three main applications:
• Check screeners – also known as safety or control sieves, these round
vibratory separators remove oversized contaminants from your product
• Grading sieves – this range of round vibratory separators remove fines and
oversize contamination and grade or classify material on up to 5 fractions
• Liquid solid separation – these machines are used to remove solids from liquid
slurries
