NA 250 Wet separators are used for separating dust and dust particles of all types. The particles are channelled into liquid media, where they are safely trapped. Our wet separators come in various models of different sizes. 
They are especially suitable for materials such as propellant powder, explosives, titanium, aluminium dust or magnesium dust. The dust is submerged in liquid media, where it is no longer flammable. NA 7-11 This small Wet Separator vacuums the dust loaded air and guides it into a collecting tank which is filled with liquid. In this collecting tank air, dust and liquid are swirled. During this process the dust attaches to the liquid and forms a sediment which sinks downwards. The full collecting tank can be removed easily in order to dispose the sediment. One of the biggest advantages of the NA7-11. The machine is perfectly suitable for dust extraction of explosive material or fine dust. A possible application is for example SLM (Selective Laser Melting) for aerospace, automotive or medical technology.
