SAFEMAG - Inline magnet for injection moulding machines, extruders, and blow moulding machines

The SAFEMAG inline magnet was developed specifically for applications in the plastics industry. It is designed for inspecting different granulates up to a grain size of 6-8 mm at a temperature of up to 100°C in standing or slow-moving material columns.

The outstanding advantages of this magnet separator are its especially flat (60 mm) and sturdy design and its excellent magnetic power.
With its special design the SAFEMAG does not allow any depositing of plastic granulate (which is important in case of a colour or material change).
By way of adaptor plates the SAFEMAG magnet system can be easily integrated in all kinds of systems.
