ROTOBOX Auto Clean rotating magnetic separator systems are predominantly used to remove fine and very fine ferrous metal contaminants fully automatically from bulk materials tending to bridge and cake. The rotating action of the magnetic rods, powered by an electric motor, prevents blockages, thereby ensuring that the product, as it flows through, remains in constant contact with the magnets.
Cleaning is fully automatic; the pressurised magnetic cores inside the stainless steel tubes are shuttled into the cleaning area.
Powerful magnets remove even low magnetised stainless steel particles from the product flow.
