Metal separator for airborne feed systems for bulk materials.
GF 4000 metal separation systems remove magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc) from pneumatically conveyed bulk materials such as granulate, powder and flour. The rapid-reacting "Quick Flap System" removes contaminated material into a container, without any interruption to the production process, even at high flow rates. The reject container is emptied automatically.
The GF 4000 series of metal separation systems are primarily used for quality control in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. All system components have been designed to meet the stringent hygiene standards required in these industries.
