Metal Separation Unit to Clean Highly Contaminated Bulk Material
The metal separation unit PRESEP is used to analyse bulk material
highly contaminated with metal particles. First, the granulate passes
a magnet system with neodymium high energy magnets on a feeder
and vibration chutes. The magnet system separates all Fe metal
particles, even Fe dust. The system is equipped with the S+S "Easy
Clean" option for simple cleaning. The pre-cleaned material then
passes the metal separator RAPID VARIO, which rejects all nonmagnetic metal contaminants. The pure granulate can then be
processed further.
