The SAACKE SSB burners are low NOx burners available in duoblock construction, i.e. burner and fan are installed at different locations. Basically, light fuel oil and heavy oil or gas may be used as fuel, but even a combination of gas and oil is possible. In addition to that, the SSB burner is used for combustion of pulverised fuels or lean gases.

The swirl burner consists of the following sub-assemblies:

Tangential wind box
Central fuel gun with nozzle and connecting hoses
Combustion air control damper with actuator
Core air control damper with actuator
Combustion and core air pressure monitoring devices
Flame scanner
Gas-electric or oil-electric ignition burner

SAACKE SSB burners are especially used for waste incineration plants, combustion chambers, and for special thermal process technology applications. In all cases, SAACKE may provide you with the individual burner as well as with complete firing plant. The most essential components of a SSB burner plant are the burner itself, the air guiding system including fan(s), the control and monitoring system, and the oil and compressed air / steam valves and fittings.
