Automatic tray stackers including a conveyor belt that runs from the forming machine to the stacker itself. The machine collects the finished trays vertically, separating the stacks (batches) that are later placed on pallets.

The machine is equipped with 5 drive units: two for lifting the trays (one per side) beneath the inverter, one for the conveyor belt and two for removing the stacks of trays (one per side). Timing is achieved through magnetic sensors.
