Sadef produces steel profiles on some 35 roll forming lines. We supply your custom made open profile or special tube, either in mill lengths or as finished components, light weight, assembly friendly and powder coated if required. After roll forming all sorts of fabrications can be carried out, turning your steel profiles into tailor made components ready for assembly.
Bending of profiles in various processes is a speciality of Sadef. Mandrelbending for radii between 70 and 5500 mm, press- or stretchbending for complex shapes and sweeping to wide radii are well-known techniques.
