Flap wheel Merit Micro Mini

Micro-mini flap wheels are designed with a 1/8" hardened steel shank as an integral part of each wheel. These shanks run through the wheel creating better balance, a reduction of chatter, and reduced operator fatigue. They also permit quick changes on air tools when using other abrasive products. The smallest flap wheels, ranging from 3/8" to 1-3/16" diameter, mounted on a 1/8" diameter steel shank. Provide fast polishing and light deburring of internal workpieces with holes or grooves as small as 1/2". These flap wheels are part of the Carborundum GOOD tier of products, providing consistent performance at a low initial price.
