The H 250 CD is based on the modular H-series of medium-sized hobbing machines. Its integrated chamfering/deburring unit deburrs gears and shafts up to 250 mm in diameter. Both processes are actuated time-parallel with minimum auxiliary times. Workpieces are changed by a fast 4-station ring loader which positions workpieces directly on the magazine or conveyor band. The chamfering/deburring process is completely integrated in the process chain by CNC and controlled by a unified, easy-to-use operator interface.
