The CoroThread 266 rigid indexable insert threading system is complemented by the T-Max U-Lock. A specialized solution is provided for 11 mm (0.433 inch) internal threading applications. This applies to three different geometries of sharp, all-round and a chip breaking C-Geometry. This cost-efficient solution has three cutting edges and tailor made inserts are available. It features three sharp cutting edges to provide high quality threads, three geometries (all-round, sharp and a chip breaking), indexable inserts and thread profiles for V-profile 55° and 60°. The 11-size IC is one quarter which equals 6.35 mm. The tool holder for size 11 inserts is constructed for a 2° inclination angle and no shim.
