Sandvik composite tubes consist of two components, metallurgically bonded together. Therefore composite tubes are particularly suitable for applications where the conditions outside and inside the tube require properties that cannot be made by one material. By selecting the correct alloy for each component, the corrosion resistance and the mechanical properties are optimised and a tube that meets conflicting material requirements is obtained.
