The demounting of glass on the vertical frame requires an extreme accuracy; the clearance is often limited to less than 5 millimetres in all the directions.
This ergonomic manipulator makes it possible to seize glazings of variable dimensions and weights (up to 180 kg or 2x2,5 m) in vertical position. It permits flexible and precise movements during deposit in the frame.
Displacements are done in an intuitive way: no buttons of rise/descent. Only one button makes it possible to control the catch and deposits, while prohibiting, for example to deposit the product in the air.
The movement of orientation of the glazing is generated by a motorization allowing at the same time fast and precise movements.
The design of the unit combining lightness and precision guarantees an easy use on behalf of all the users.
