Belt furnaces are electrical or gas heated; Annealing under 100% hydrogen for magnetic parts und temperatures up to 1220°C is also available as well as low temp. applications with neutral, reducing or controlled oxidizing atmospheres. Atmosphere zoneing allows improved debindering or delubing; LED low energy dewaxing zone, recarburisation zone, quench cooling unit and convective cooling units can be part of a heat treatment line.
